ELECTRIC AND ACOUSTIC GUITAR: Covering the basics through advanced improvisation suiting Jazz and Rock styles. The approach is individually tailored to your needs and focuses on developing sound physical habits, transcription skills and theory knowledge through application.

TABLA: These unique and special hand drums from North India are a joy to learn for people of all ages and backgrounds. The deep language of North Indian rhythm is intoxicating and exciting, and even learning recitation alone can enhance one's rhythmic sense. Tabla is offered in groups and privately, and drums can be obtained quickly and affordably. ELECTRIC BASS. A thorough training in electric bass guitar is offered for beginner students through to advanced professionals. Learning to overcome physical problems for seasoned players is a specialty. A wholistic approach is offered, which covers theory, reading, technique, improvisation and ear training. A text book is available on the subject, called Bass Riyaz.

TROMBONE. Classical and Jazz trombone, including improvisation training is available. Beginners are catered for with a thorough grounding in technique and correct sound-production.

COMPOSITION AND ARRANGING. Writing Techniques covers a large gamut of areas, including arranging for instruments/voice, notation, music theory, composition, lyric-setting, and analysis.

PRACTICAL AND AURAL MUSICIANSHIP. We tailor-design a program of wholistic curriculum required to broaden your general musicianship. This may involve aural training, theory, improvisation training, and/or coaching in the development of personal style.

PREPARATION FOR COLLEGE AUDITIONS. With years of Lecturing experience in Conservatories and Colleges, coupled with professional performance experience in Jazz and Classical fields, our experienced staff can offer insight into the process of auditioning, and empower you with tips that will make your audition more effective.

ENSEMBLE COACHING. The groups listed in our band menu are available for workshops and coaching student ensembles.
